Expand the vocabularies of sales and service personnel with words, phrases, and fixed expressions most relevant to their roles
Give front-office staff confidence to greet English-speaking visitors quickly, politely, and professionally
The Results
Two 30-hour courses resulted in participants significantly improving their ability to talk about IT products and services
Consistent attention to important industry terminology helped sales people to better understand their overseas customers
Lessons focused on speaking four hours per week provided a slew of easy-to-use fixed expressions for exchanging pleasantries with internal and external clients
